Everything sounds better in Italian. I am a journalist and producer specialized in Italy, Sicily and the Italian community in London which is the biggest around the world. I am working as a contributor for a variety of news organizations including BBC (radio and online), Mail On Sunday and CTVC. I work as translator (English to Italian) for independent magazines as well. I am a regular contributor of Fondazione Migrantes (CEI, the Vatican) about Italians abroad. My international working life developed my commitment to breaking stereotypes and strengthening solidarity. As journalist for 20+ years in Sicily and London, I founded a community of 100+ Italian journalists, and a community of Londoners with a passion for Sicily called “SicilyCulture”. Earlier, European Students’ Forum work and my Erasmus scholarship led to connections around the world.
