AUDIO PODCAST FEATURING WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS IN A COMMUNITY REMINISCENSE ORAL HISTORY PROJECT (2017)

 

Digital Content Producer / Interviewer / Sound Recordist / Script Developer / Editor

Conceptualisation, sound design and editing of a 20-minute podcast, featuring oral history reminiscence recordings created as part of a community participation project.  Interviews were also conducted with the play's director and participation project team members.  Interview extracts, along with music evoking the era, and archival audio, were combined with the oral history recordings to produce the podcast. Content conceptualisation, location recording and sound design of 30 audio portraits of locations surrounding the Orbit.  The portraits include Brick Lane Market, Whitechapel Bell Foundry, and Maritime Greenwich.  The audio experiences are posititioned along the 400-step route from the top of the Orbit to ground level.
