Creator & Producer, Probably True Podcast (2016 – Present) 

The Probably True Podcast is a multi-award-winning, slightly filthy storytelling project tackling LGBTQ issues in a fun and engaging way. Sole responsibility for all aspects of each episode.

  • Currently nominated for award championing ‘exceptional listening experiences’, British Podcast Awards 2019

  • Winner of awards for Best Entertainment at the British Podcast Awards 2017 and 2018

Repeatedly featured in The Guardian, The Huffington Post, QX Magazine and other major media outlets

 

Co-Host,Are You Sitting Comfortably? onEast London Radio  (Jul 2015 – Sep 2017).   

A live weekly radio show discussing all things cinema with a high-energy, mildly anarchic spirit.

  • Responsible for all aspects of production including planning, desk setup, research, guests, etc.

  • Consistently had the highest listenership of any show on East London Radio

  • Recipient of several awards, notably Silver in the Kevin Greening Award for Creativity 2016.

  • Responsible for recording, editing and making available for streaming or download

Featured on various corporate presentations, award entries, instructional videos and internal podcasts. 

  • Roles varied from project to project; some required simple voice work, others involved conception, development, scripting, editing, post-production, etc. 

 

Production Assistant, Orange Film Night Live (Mar 2011 – Mar 2012) 

Branded podcast hosted by Peter Serafinowicz and Empire Magazine's Chris Hewitt.

Duties included research, script editing, talent handling, and promotion of each episode through Orange's social media channels and dedicated Film To Go web portal.

Spirited and cheeky copywriter and brand voice specialist with 9 years’ experience defining and refining the way a range of big names express themselves, both internally and externally.

  • Created content for many high-profile clients including EE, Cadbury, Samsung, Orange, and more

  • Outlined and implemented internal and external communications plans for projects ranging from  single campaigns to worldwide rebrands

  • Managed teams ranging in size from one intern to five regional marketing heads

  • Wrote several manuals and how-to guides on brand voice, appropriate use of social media, crisis management, and various other scenarios

Founded UK’s largest online gay lifestyle magazine.
